Before founding Evolve Engineering Partners, Mike built his career in engineering leadership at DisplayLink. There, he guided the company through scale-up, acquisition, and integration into Synaptics Inc. Along the way, he helped establish high-performing software teams, founded an engineering platform function, and oversaw hardware, systems, and customer support operations. This breadth of experience gives him a solid foundation to support clients facing complex technical and organizational challenges.

Having steered organizations through significant change, Mike has developed a sharp ability to identify operational pain points and implement practical improvements. He is passionate about enhancing delivery performance and building workplaces where people feel engaged and motivated. His background spans Quality, Software, Firmware, Hardware, ASIC, and IT operations—allowing him to bridge disciplines and connect strategy to execution.
